Due to adverse weather conditions ALL of the Great Rivers Athletic Conference matchups have been postponed. The postponment dates have not all been set, but here is what I know as of now: JAL @ WVC (Monday, February 9), SWIC @ KC (Thursday, January 29), OCC @ SIC (Monday, February 9), and LLC @ LTC (??????????????).
I would like to take a moment to thank all of the people who have helped me make this website possible. You all know who you are. Thank you for the scores and the updates on cancellations and other news throughout the league.. As we approach the half way point in the conference season I feel the site has continued to grow and become better and more efficient with updating scores.. I hope you are all using the site frequently and checkin on game nights for scores.
Also I would like to say congratulations to Southeastern Illinois for holding strong at 2nd in the NJCAA.org national rankings. Congraulations also go out to the Blue Storm of Southwestern Illinois for jumping from 23 to the number 14 spot.. Don't forget to check out the National Rankings, linked on the sidebar, for other movements in the poll.

Wednesday, January 21 Preview
After a rare Monday GRAC Night, the standings were shaken up a bit. The standings have been like a duck on water, very calm on top, but restless underneath that.. Southeastern Illinois still unbeaten sets atop and looks down at Southwestern and John A Logan sitting tied for second at 4-1. However these two battle tonight in Belleville to break open the tie. Sittin in fourth are the Blue Knights of Olney Central who are half a game ahead of a 2-way tie for fifth between the lake schools, Lakeland sits with a 12-6 overall record compared to Rend Lakes 12-7. Also locked in a 2-way tie are Wabash Valley and Kaskaskia. Lincoln Trail remains looking up, but have their harnesses locked and are ready to start creeping at anytime.
Wednesday night provides nothing less than excitment (as normal in the GRAC). A few key matchups arise throughout southern Illinois tonight as the end of the first round of matchups nears a close. Here are tonights matchups:

My First Post
First of all I would like to say thank you very much to Kyle for all the work he has put in to getting this website started. He did a wonderful job for what he had to work with and the cooperation he had. Between his setup of the site and the combined effort throughout the league I feel that this could turn into a site that is amazingly beneficial for the GRAC and Region 24. I will be making daily updates and keep the standings as current as possible. My goal is to keep scores updated as soon as I find them out on game nights throughout the season. I would also like to keep fans informed as to recruitment and signings of GRAC players.
I have been in contact with the majority of coaches in the GRAC and they have been nothing but enthusiastic of helping me in this endeavour. If you have any questions or comments feel free to contact me or simply post comments on the site.

Website shut-down
Due to lack of interest I am no longer going to update the website. I will leave all of the links up as I know it took a great deal of time organizing them and certainly they are useful to some people.
thanks to all of those that tried to help I was simply not given enough help to make this a 1-2 hour a day endeavor.
I will still check the e-mail until the end of the season in case anyone needs anything, wants to ask a question, or if someone wants to take over the website (not for profit mind you).
